Position: Home Health Aide
Description: Provides personal care to patients. Records patient information in accordance with company standards, policy, and procedures. Provides emotional support to patient and family as needed. Duties may include but are not limited to: light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living. Our mission is to impart compassionate home health care as if each client is a greatly-loved, personal family member.
Requirements: STNA, CNA, or HHA with a certificate of training. You must have a dependable vehicle, current vehicle insurance, and access to email. A cell phone is highly desired. Background checks are required and reimbursed after 60 days of employment.
Position: Nurse - RN / LPN
Description: Works under the direction and supervision of a Team Leader and is responsible for direct nursing care to the patient consistent with the LPN level of technical skill and knowledge. Abides by the philosophy, policies and procedures of the agency in accordance with the State’s Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with preferably two (2) years clinical experience; one year (1) in acute care setting. Current license as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio. Verification of successful completion of a medication course.
