These services are provided by Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). They include health status assessments, education concerning diseases and treatment for clients and families, wound dressing changes, nutritional counseling, medication training and compliance, wound care venipuncture, ostomy teaching and management, IV management, incontinence management, case management and more.
